Chorzio & White Beans

Great as a meal with chicken or as a side dish or a stuffing in chicken.


  • Small white onion diced

  • Chorizo diced (remove the casing)

  • Tin of drained cannelloni or butter beans

  • Few sprigs of fresh thyme


  1. Add the chorizo to a frying pan on medium to high heat and gently fry until some of the oils are released

  2. Add the onion and coat with the chorzio oil. Fry for 2 minutes

  3. Add the drained beans to the pan and gently fry for 2-4 minutes

  4. Add the sprigs of thyme and stir
