Tofu Scrambled "Egg"

A fabulous alternative to scrambled eggs if you fancied going egg free for a while.

Tastes just as good and with the same creamy texture.

Simply done and just as quick!


  • Silken tofu

  • 1/4 teaspoon tumeric

  • Salt & Pepper to taste

  • Tablespoon of vegetable oil


  1. Mash the tofu with a fork into small pieces

  2. Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat

  3. Add the tofu to the pan with the tumeric and stir to combine

  4. Fry for about 8 minutes stirring occassionally

  5. Season with salt and pepper

Serve with toasted bread and avocado 🥑
