Tofu Scrambled "Egg"
A fabulous alternative to scrambled eggs if you fancied going egg free for a while.
Tastes just as good and with the same creamy texture.

Simply done and just as quick!
Ingredients
Silken tofu
1/4 teaspoon tumeric
Salt & Pepper to taste
Tablespoon of vegetable oil
Method
Mash the tofu with a fork into small pieces
Heat the oil in a pan over medium-high heat
Add the tofu to the pan with the tumeric and stir to combine
Fry for about 8 minutes stirring occassionally
Season with salt and pepper
Serve with toasted bread and avocado 🥑
